Angelic Ice Photography by Tanisha Lloyd has committed illegal infringement of my work for eight years. If you have seen my photography images stolen, circulating and being advertised for photography sessions by a photographer claiming my work is hers, please watch this video. I have been informed by a follower that Tanisha Lloyd with Angelic Ice Photography in South Africa has been stealing my images for eight years harming my business and causing confusion in the industry, especially causing concern amongst my international customers.

After sending her a cease and desist, she did not remove my images, and instead, hired a law firm to illegally threaten to take criminal action against me if I shared my experiences.

Then, she had her friends/family/herself post defamatory statements online and even went so far as to leave a 1 star review on my photography profile on Google stating I "make fun of children with medical conditions". Of course, those who know me know this is false, but those who don't may believe that and not hire me, impacting my business even more--which is her intent.

Imagine someone stalking your work and stealing it for 8 years and when they are caught, they illegally threaten you with criminal charges if you tell people, file a false FBI report against you, send people to your social media accounts to call you names, make up fake stories about you and then even leave negative reviews in an attempt to intimidate you and silence you.

It's an awful awful experience, but I am not one who will be silenced. I have engaged with an atttorney in South Africa and I am taking legal action against her. Every single time she posts or has someone come attack me, I will respond publicly to defend myself and share the status of what actions I am taking.
