This listing is printed canvas of a custom design of your pet/s shipped to you. In the sample images of the canvas on the wall are sweet Miso and Saki, aren't they darling?

Please read entire listing, this product is non-refundable as it includes a service of design. There is a quality promise on the final print listed below. Sizes are listed Height x Width (HxW) if you want a landscape orientation, let me know via email when you send your pictures after you place your order. For instance, if you order an 8x10 but want it as a 10x8, just let me know when you send the image of your furbaby.

The canvas comes with a default .50 inch thin gallery wrap, ready to hang, no hooks. Border/frame is mirror image. You have the option to choose a thicker canvas via the order process.

This listing includes up to 2 pets. Add $25 for each additional pet.

How it works:

1. Select your canvas size
2. Select whether to add pets
3. Upload an image of your pet/s
4. Describe your requests--if you want your pet to wear a dress or sweater, your pet's breed, your pet's sex, your pet's name. if you have more than one pet, you can describe by color or add text to your pictures so I can determine which pet wears what. No additional special requests are included with this purchase such as text or props (aside from your pet's name). You can request special things, but with the understanding of adding specific things/props/text etc to the image aside from what is described above is not guaranteed or part of this purchase, this is because this listing is priced for the time it takes to design. Adding to a design can add time that was not included with this purchase. If you have special requests, please email hello@taramapes.com first to obtain a quote for added time.
5. Select your canvas thickness: default is .5 inches. You can choose to upgrade to .75 or 1.5 inches.
6. The style of the digital painting is as shown -- vintage muted tones.
7. You will receive an email confirming your order.
8. Within 48 hours of your submission, a proof image will be sent to you for review and approval. This is during regular business hours of M-F. If you submit your pet on a Monday morning, expect a proof by Wednesday morning. If you submit your pet on a Friday morning, expect a proof by the following Tuesday morning as the office is not open on the weekends. If you forgot to include pet details such as the breed or sex, you may receive an email first requesting this information before I can start working on your order.
9. You can make revision requests via email within 48 hours of receiving the proof.
10. Within 48 hours, a final proof will be sent to you for your review during regular operating hours. Please note, there is only one revision phase and a final delivery.
11. Upon approval, your image will be submitted to our printer for printing. Please scroll down for shipping details.

CUSTOM SIZE REQUEST: email hello@taramapes.com, we can do virtually any size you want starting from 8"x8" to 54"x54" and will provide a quick quote. For custom sizes, this will be calculated separately.

Please be advised, these are digitally created and digitally painted, expect them to have the same imperfections as you would with a regular painting.

Quality Promise:

Our printing partner provides a quality promise. If you find any defect in our print within 3 days of receiving your order, submit a review so we can determine the cause and make it right. This includes any manufacturer's defects such as loose or wavy canvas, bubbles, scratches, or fading. If this occurs, we will either replace your canvas print or fix it at our cost. Simply email an image of the issue/damaged product to hello@taramapes.com The pictures will be reviewed within 24 hours and if found to be manufacturing defect, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued to you so that you can return the products and a new one can be sent.

Please note, there are no refunds under any circumstances. This listing price is mostly the cost of the service of designing your pet's image, not the print. As such, as soon as you submit your purchase, the time investment in your design begins. This is why it is a requirement during checkout that you acknowledge there are no refunds.
